Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, previews Wednesday’s meetings, with horse racing tips and analysis for the five best bets of the day. Good luck, punters!
I must say the trial runs of this big gangly black filly named PARISAL have been suggestive of much bigger things to come. She’s been beaten in those trials but she has looked very strong late. Today is her first official race start. She is by Astern and is a Godolphin filly with Jay Mac to ride. There has been a lot of money for SHOEI also so maybe quinella them up but I suspect we may see something very handy here in Parisal. Quinella them.
Gee I like the look of this race. BEOUR BAY is one of those tick every box types. is 3rd up, is racing in form, is crying out for this journey and has drawn perfectly. Placed this grade last start. Just should get back along the fence into about 6th spot then angle out and finish like a rocket. CAPTAIN BRITAIN was a game 2nd on debut and should run boldly too.
Tip: BEOUR BAY
Interesting race. Can SAVOURY who produced a stunning late burst to win at $25 this grade last start, repeat the dose. Or does this bushiest with terrific form named POINT COUNTERPOINT bring that talent to town? I’m going to quinella them but I’m leading to the country horse. His consistency is outstanding and he won first up last start over 1400m in the Moree Cup. looks talented.
Tip: POINT COUNTERPOINT
This could be a nice collect for us. Is 2nd up in this and drawn perfectly. Has won 3 races and looks to have finishing power. May be overlooked by the market which suits me.
Tip: MORE SECRETS
I do think the best thing to do when you view overnight betting patterns is to follow the cash when you see an unrated one backed. We get that here with PSYCHIC SESSIONS. Yet to race but trialled very well winning both times and they have come from everywhere over night to get on. JONO is consistent and can place. Quinella them.
