Horse Racing Tips – Wednesday 27th July

Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, previews Wednesday’s Warwick Farm meeting, with horse racing tips and analysis for all 7 races. Good luck, punters!

Track Condition: Heavy 10

Rail Position: True

What a tough race.  This bloke AVOIDANCE is fit even though resuming here. Has trialled like a star and should be on speed all the way. Watch market.

SAWREY has steadily improved his portfolio in three runs this time up, placing last start and can do again.  Should rush home hard.

AFT CABIN is a 2YO on debut but he might be very smart. Won recent trial under a stranglehold. If the money comes for him, get on.

Tip: AFT CABIN

On home track, SO UNITED should spear straight to the front and lead these. Probably does all the way as he’s very fit.

MARAKOPA is racing in career best form and is more than capable of matching this grade. Can run very well again.

THE MILKYBAR KID is fast early and is going for 4 on the bounce. Like his stablemate So United he likes to lead so will be interesting to see which one finds the early front.

Tip: THE MILKYBAR KID

THE EMPIRE won two in a row last campaign. Then spelled and resumes here. Watch betting but has talent.

AEECEE EXPRESS is smart and fast. Did the same – won twice last prep and then spelled. Looked good in recent trial.

VIENTIANE rises in class here following a very impressive debut win in a maiden at Canterbury. Just zoomed away. Might go on with it here.

Tip: VIENTIANE

HOLY TYCOON comes here boasting good, consistent form and when they get to a wet track, that character is priceless. A must for your numbers.

STROMBUS resumes here but showed considerable talent and improvement last campaign. More importantly, did win first-up last prep.

ZEMINNIKA resumes here but did win a weaker race on debut and trials of late have been outstanding. Respect.

Tip: STROMBUS

Good betting race. TRAVEST carries weight well and he has drawn perfectly. Sits in about 4th to the bend here on home track today and is very fit. Just needs luck finding a run in the straight.  Has claims.

Today does look the day for SNITZONFIRE. Third up into a winnable race over fav trip. Should lead all the way.

REDWOOD SHADOW is also on home track after a great 3rd this level when resuming. Hughie rides so should be in the frame.

‘Tip: SNITZONFIRE

SOFFIKA is a mare from England who has placed at Gr 3 level. On Aussie debut last start, her first run in two years, she flashed home from the back at Eagle Farm to grab 5th. Fitter now and expect a bold showing.

SUNBORN has the talent to win but is most inconsistent. If the money comes in waves, support her.

TRANSPLANT is 3rd up and is on home track. Looks to have finishing talent, based on past couple of strong efforts. Rates highly and was heavily backed overnight.

Tip: SOFFIKA

The very fit LEASE is ready to go bang from this outside draw, charge across to lead and then stay there. Recent efforts in stronger races have been average but will appreciate this race.

OCEAN SHORES worked home impressively on a very heavy track when resuming last start finishing 5th at this level. Fitter now so expect a top run.

NICOCHET is a bit in and out but on home track here should improve on good 3rd last start. Is fitter now and should run home well again.

Tip: LEASE
