Media Release – Garside V Matet

Palmerbet continues its partnership with No Limit Boxing for another major event to be held at Sydney’s Hordern Pavilion on April 6th.

The main event features Olympic bronze medallist Harry Garside fresh off his professional debut, taking on rising star Manuer Manet for the Australian Lightweight Title.

Palmerbet CEO Grant Palmer said “I am very pleased to announce that Palmerbet will again partner with No Limit Boxing to bring Australian boxing fans another great event next week, headlined by Harry Garside taking on Manuer Matet.

With Palmerbet’s recent support of boxing, not only have I met some great people but also a lot of very smart guys in boxing circles and they all tell me that Harry Garside has huge potential and that in the not-too-distant future, we will be talking about him in the same way we talk about Tim Tszyu.

Harry is already an Olympic bronze medallist and Commonwealth Games gold medallist is a star on the rise.

I would also like to take this opportunity to announce that on this card, Palmerbet will be sponsoring Harry Garside, Hassan Hamdan and Tyler Blizzard.

No Limit Boxing does a wonderful job helping these young guys develop their career and give them opportunities and Palmerbet want to do their part to help them along the way.

They are three very talented and great young guys, and I can’t wait to see the Palmerbet logo appear on their fight kit next week.”

In what is shaping to be huge night for Australian Boxing, the undercard is filled with some of our exciting local talent including undefeated super-bantamweight Sam Goodman taking on Japan’s Fumiya Fuse in the co-main event and promising welterweight Hassan Hamdan, son of the legendary Nader Hamdan.

As Official Wagering Partner, Palmerbet will feature prominently across all promotional efforts leading up to and including the night itself.

Palmerbet will have pride of place at centre ring on the night of the event with branding on the canvas, ropes, ring posts and bolsters.
