Horse Racing Tips – Thursday 9th June

Form analyst, RIC CHAPMAN, previews today’s Gosford and Coffs Harbour  meetings, with horse racing tips and analysis for 3 races. Good luck, punters!

I think today this SHERRIFF CODY looks very well placed. He ticks all the boxes I like such as – perfect barrier (2), is in sparkling form, is 3rd up, has top rider (Aaron Bullock) and has won on a heavy track which he gets today also. Won his maiden at Grafton over a mile in the bog then straight up to Cl 1 and 1800m last start at Inverell and was a really game 2nd. Super fit now and just looks the pick of the day for mine. Throw in the top weight HEIMBERG for 2nd and you get a great quinella opportunity.

Tip: SHERRIFF CODY

Interesting race. I wonder who leads? Both PEP and SATNESS like to get out on the lead and duke it out to the line. Both have placed in similar races this trip a few times of late. That just may play into the hands of SUPERAGO who I think is very close to a breakthrough win. He is 3rd up here and was a strong 2nd last start over 1400m at Hawkesbury this class. Should strip a length or so fitter and there has been solid overnight support for him. Quinella him with Satness.

Tip: SUPERAGO

I don’t mind taking $2.45 when I think the horse just can’t lose. Today is one of those days. She has drawn poorly but that probably means Nash Rawiller will take PO KARE KARE back to find cover. Then unleash. I think this filly has city class finishing power and should dash over them late. Today will be her 4th start. She won her maiden at Canterbury by finishing hard on a wet track when ridden by Nash. So much to like about her today.

Tip: PO KARE KARE
