Murray Bridge R4 – No-Penalty 395m

ASTON HAYOTE (2) hasn’t raced since being run down in the shadows of the post over 455m four weeks ago. He has 11 wins & 5 seconds from 16 starts over the 395m and is a brilliant beginner. He will only need to be near his best to get the prize. CLASSY CHAOS (3) was a 7 length winner at Gawler last start and can capitalise if the favourite doesn’t produce first up. The pair can space their rivals.

Grafton R4 – FFA 350m

APACHE DON (2) has thrived since coming to Grafton with six wins from his last eight runs, all over the 350m of tonight’s race. He has enough speed to find a good spot early and will find the line strongly. Bad luck looks like his only danger. ZANTI GRACIE (1) gave nothing else a chance when leading all the way last week and is likely to hold the front from the cherry. She will give the favourite something to catch.

Sale R11 – Mixed 3/4 440m

JUDITH (1) has been impressive winning her last two at Sale and has drawn to find the early lead tonight. Although she steps up in grade tonight, the $5 on offer looks over the odds and I’m happy to back her. LAKEVIEW BONNIE (2) has a great track and distance record and will jump a reserved favourite. She will be hard to hold out in the run home.
