Greyhound Racing Tips – Monday 7th February

Racing writer, JUSTIN DEVINE, looks at tonight’s meetings and singles out his best greyhound racing tips for tonight’s Shepparton, Angle Park and Launceston meetings. Good luck Punters!

Shepparton R6 – Grade 5 Final 450m

20:54 (AEST)

MATT’S HOPE (6) pinged the lids to lead all the way in last week’s heat recording the best time of the night in the process. With a couple of slow beginners to his outside tonight, he can find the front and lead all the way. NANGAR TROY (8) has won three from five at Shepparton and was victorious at his only run from the pink box. He is the danger.

Tip: MATT’S HOPE @ $2.50

Angle Park R9 – Mixed 4/5 530m

21:28 (AEST)

VICTA REID (4) is a quality chaser who hasn’t raced since winning over 595m prior to Christmas. He can find a good spot early tonight and will attack the line strongly. JACK’S WELL (7) chased home the airborne STOUT MONELLI last start and is capable of pouring on the pressure mid-race with luck in running from the awkward draw. The pair can space their rivals.

 Tip: VICTA REID @ $3.60

Launceston R9 – Grade 4 278m

19:58 (AEST)

DR HAYLEY (1) is a winner of three of her last four and is drawn to get all the favours tonight. A fast beginner, she only needs to hold her spot early to get the prize. CLASSY LADY (8) drops back in trip after contesting the Launceston Cup last week and must be respected from out wide. She can fill the quinella spot.

Tip: DR HAYLEY @ $1.70
