Greyhound Racing Tips – Monday 25th April

Racing writer, JUSTIN DEVINE, looks at tonight’s meetings and singles out his best greyhound racing tips for tonight’s Shepparton, Launceston and Angle Park meetings. Good luck Punters!

Shepparton R6 – Grade 5 450m

21:05 (AEST)

LUCA’S JEBRYNAH (7) pinged the lids to win well at Sale last start and should have no problems getting out to a big early lead. He will be the one to catch and is the clear top pick. SOLEUS (8) will get a nice cart into the race from the favourite and has been racing consistently. He will look to close late and is the danger.

Tip: LUCA’S JEBRYNAH @ $2.70

Launceston R5 – FFA 600m

21:11 (AEST)

DARK TITAN (1) relished the step up to 600m for the first time last month with a strong win. He has since run well over the 461m at Hobart and has drawn perfectly in box 1. Back over the 600m tonight, bad luck looks like his main danger. DEWANA WHATEVER (7) has a good record at the trip and is capable of adding some value into the exotics.

 Tip: DARK TITAN @ $1.65

Angle Park R10 – Mixed 3/4 342m

21:05 (AEST)

I’m tipping an upset here. WEBLEC WHIRL (2) has the fastest PB of all the runners in the race and has drawn closer to the rails for the first time in recent times. I’m hoping he can find the early lead and get the prize. ASTON BULLET (1) won last week and will jump a short-priced favourite from the cherry. I think he might get crossed early and for that reason, I’m taking him on!
