Titans v Tigers: NRL Round 4

The Tigers lose another one of the best players, with big Stefano missing in the middle due to injury. With Hastings and Doueihi already out, the Tigers are down some key players here and they do not have the best squad to start with.

As a positive, I thought their defence had more resolve last weekend and as Coach McGuire noted, there is no lack of effort at this club. They simply do not have the fire power.

Although Titans lose J Campbell and P Sami, signing of Isaako and return of Thompson negate this. I think Campbell bas been a bit slow to start the year and potentially he was nursing an injury, so Isaako gets a chance to shine. Thompson continues to be one of the most underrated players in the game and although Sami was playing well, I think this is a overall a net positive for them.

At home and after a tough loss, I expect the Titans to come out firing here. I think their edge back rowers of Fifita and Fermor will be too hard to contain when given quality and early ball.

Titans should be too good in attack, though their defense continues to concern, so not confident enough to have a bet here.

Will just be cheering Sexton to score plenty of points, as I do think he is a genuine runner in the top points scorer market.
